These are essentially the steps I fallow when making a T.F.A. comic strip. Step four is technically two parts, but most of the time I start doing the text bubbles right after all the fine touching is done anyway.
one more thing I would recommend is going back to look at your original sketch work just to make sure you didn’t miss any little details. You may notice how the fence in the back ground isn’t in the final image. This was due to the fact that I had the gray background covering everything so I missed that detail that I had meant to be in the final strip.
I would also recommend making notes about other details that you want to add during the final stages that aren’t on the original sketch. No one else will most likely ever know but it will bug you every time you look at it.
My last tip for all this, Have fun and don’t worry to much about the details. Otherwise you’re missing the point completely.
